Egg Muffins


Wisk 6 eggs in a large bowl. (Use 3 eggs, if using a lot of add ins).

Add in your choice: some suggestions follow

leftover steak, bacon and cheese, mushrooms and bell peppers, asparagus and swiss cheese, ham and tomatoes

Pour mixture into a greased, or lined 6 count muffin pan.

Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 20 minutes.

Remove and enjoy, or refrigerate and eat each morning during the week.
