Brussel Sprouts For Breakfast


4 oz ground lean sirloin, or turkey

1 cup shredded brussel sprouts

1 tsp coconut oil

1/2 cup mushrooms

1/4 cup avocado

1/8 tsp salt

1/8 tsp oregano

1/4 tsp sage


Brown meat in sauté pan, season with sage and oregano. After it browns on the first side, flip meat and keep on half the pan. Add coconut oil and brussel sprouts. Season them with the salt. Once sprouts are browned on first side, mix well with turkey, add mushrooms and avocado. Continue cooking a couple more minutes, until heated all the way through.
