What Do I Need to Know?
Wear whatever is COMFORTABLE for you when you break a sweat, bring some water, and clean gym shoes. You will be out of your comfort zone, how far you push is totally up to you.
If you have ever taken a class with Becka’s Boot Camp before, the format is very similar. The workout will take between 45 to 60 minutes to complete. Stations are either timer based or counting repetitions. The week is broken down to be 3 different focus areas. The focus on Monday and Thursday is the same, Tuesday and Friday is the same, and Wednesday and Saturday is the same. Each day is different exercises, you won’t repeat Monday’s workout on Thursday.
