Today was good. Modified breakfast a little. The trail mix was great with the coconut!
Starving again tonite. Can’t decide if it is fewer calories in general, or going to 3 meals and a snack. I even have had a second snack each day. The four meals and a snack is more my normal route.
Also, eating dinner at 6 and being up 4 hours later is rough at times.
Mike prepped tomorrow’s food. It is a waffle, but we don’t have a waffle iron. So we will just make a pancake.
Need to get to the gym tomorrow though. Haven’t quite figured out how yet!
It will make the best difference in my month challenge though v
