Week one done

This week had high points and low points, and totally off track times. Favorite snack was adding coconut to the trial mix. What a great idea. 

Veered from the plan yesterday a bit, but mike’s bday was worth every ounce I gained. 
Tonite the dinner was good. It didn’t hold very well, but there wasn’t any egg or other binding agent. 
My favorite breakfast is still the avocado egg. I will be making that one in the future, after the challenge.
