Stepping up our game here at home. We are following the month long plan from paleoaholic. I’m excited for new recipes as much as the changes to my body. Increased energy, flatter belly, and even an increase in strength. 

It is always easier when the whole family is on board. I’m grateful that they aren’t just supportive. They are on the journey with me.
I’m back to taking fish oil and B complex regularily again. The fish at meals that need the omega boost, and the B at lunch for energy. I don’t find myself having bad “fish burps”, otherwise I’d probably take krill oil instead. 
Taking and posting pictures of all my food for a whole month will be a bit of a challenge in itself. It is great for accountability, although I’m doing it more to share the journey than to stay on track.
