1-2 cups shredded brussel sprouts
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup turkey “sausage”
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp sage
1/4 tsp coconut oil
Brown one side of sausage.
When you flip sausage, add coconut oil to pan.
Once melted, add brussel sprouts, mushrooms, salt, sage, and oregano.
After it has cooked through, add the avocado. Or remove from heat and top with avocado.
