Summer Coleslaw

I like to make this for BBQ side, but we also enjoy it as a light dinner.


16 oz broccoli slaw mix

1 pint blueberries (or 2 if you are serving my kids)

1 cup poppyseed dressing (I like the strawberry one pictured)


Mix all three in a bowl. Man, doesn’t get any easier!

side note, this doesn’t keep well in the fridge for more than 24 hours, so eat it quick!
